• To execute Visual Merchandising (VM) in store following VM guidelines and supervise store setup (Uae, KSA, Iran).
• Handling 2 Country VM in (Morocco, Iran) throw reports and guidelines.
• To train store staff in Visual merchandising and impart knowledge on product.
• Improve sell through by implementing the best and most attractive brand and product presentation/visual merchandising in order to win the consumer.
• Provide feedback to Sales on consumer insights, competitors activities, best/worst sellers, Adidas product quality and availability
• Ensure best visual representation of the Adidas Group and execute seasonal marketing focus at Point of Sale (POS) (SiS (S&S, GO Sport, Inter Sport), shop-windows, Adidas showrooms, POS material, events).
• Provide feedback to Trade Marketing on efficiency and impact of activities at retail.
