• Attending site meetings with Consultant.
• Supervising the construction work and making sure the building is built according to the plans.
• Building code management.
• Controlling all materials and drawings submittals.
• Material specifications.
• Maintaining quality control.
• Assisted with preparation and filing of daily construction reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisted with preparation of shop drawings and submittals.
• Performed periodic site visits and inspections to assess work progress and compliance with contract documents.
• Supported quantity surveying and cost estimating staff.
• Summarized present and forecasted levels of staffing, equipment, and material resources.
• Assisted with preparation and filing of daily construction reports
• Reviewed plans and specifications and research relevant building and testing codes.
