Electrical systems design, which includes the light systems design and their control mechanism by Dialux, power outlet design, power distribution network and feeding system with cables calculations and distribution boards, fire alarm design, erathing systems and security systems(CCTV) by using AutoCAD, Revit.
Study the locations where the refrigeration and air conditioning systems will be installed. Layout of ducts, piping, and control panels for refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Installing components of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Preparing shop drawing and coordination with other departments, which have dimensions and method of execution and electrical installations.
Preparing as built drawing after completing the project.
Troubleshootng malfunctoning of power delivery equipment's Research and
procurement of replacement parts.
Partcipatng, review and provide engineering input on new recap projects. Crafing
scope of work for solicitng bids from sub-contractors on small repair works.
Using control algorithm of the plant industrial control systems SCADA and PLC Capable
of troubleshootng operatons of various plant systems like boilers, chillers, emergency
generators, motors, pumps, valves, instruments air, MCC, switchgears, incinerators and
implment logic program change.
Coordinaton of the external resources for the operatonal support of electrotechnical
systems at the producton site Operatonal support for frequency converters and UPS
systems.
Interface with the clients' engineering group to complete other assigned tasks.
