* Prepare civil and mechanical Quality Plans, Inspection Test Procedures (ITP), and Daily On-Site inspections.
* Monitor civil and mechanical construction progress across project plans and deliver related construction reports.
* Maintain HSE Regulations and commitment from Civil Contractors & System Integrator on project sites.
* Provide guidance and supervision to site conducted civil works (Earth works, RC Works, Steel Structure Works, UG Services, etc..).
* Evaluate potential subcontractors and assist in project financial controlling and contracts drafting.
* Review and approve civil design, shop drawings, material submittals, civil works quantities & quality plans.
* Support the Engineering Team on Civil Designs, being able to operate on Civil Design Software like (Civil 3D, Prokon & SAFE ).
* Provide needed technical and civil design solutions for planned projects.
* Collaborate with Project Management Team on project permitting with related authorities.
# Project: EPC Baynouna Solar Energy Project - 200MW AC Solar PV Power Plant
• Head of Post/Foundation Team as the most challenging part of Self Execution Mechanical Works.
• Preparing kick-off documents including Method Statement, Quality Check List, Quantity Surveying, Resources Breakdown, Team Organization Chart, etc..
• Leading Post/Foundation team into segregated Sub-Teams consisting of Drilling Activity, Ramming Activity, Material Distribution Activity, Post Fixation & Alignment Activity, Concrete Casting Activity and Quality Assurance Activity.
• Organizing Drilling Subcontractors for Progress, Quality of Boreholes, Machinery Shipment & Maintenance, HSE Requirements, etc..
• Overseeing survey works in line with several activities necessities at site as an integral part of the job.
• Guiding Quality & Site Engineers for proper execution of work considering all parameters illustrated in system assembly instructions laid out by Supplier’s (IDEEMATEC) manual to get best quality of work.
• Managing site activities and resolving site issues ranging from manpower issues to tools requirements, transportation difficulties & material delivery to achieve daily target.
• Arranging Daily Progress Reports, Material Requests, Concrete Casting Records, Executed Boreholes Tracking Updates, etc..
• Coordinating with Electrical & Civil team for overlapping activities.
• Following up delivery with suppliers, Concrete Batch Plants, Reusable Fixation Frames Supplier, Tools Supplier, etc..

# Project: New Embassy Compound of USA in Asuncion, Paraguay.
Field Engineer Duties:-
• Principle in-charge of Reinforcement Works by providing BBS “Bar Bending Schedule” & shop drawings, based on project specifications and ACI 318.
• Organize Reinforcement Works, site planning and ensure right implementation at site and compliance with Project specifications and codes in addition to site inspections.
• Address design issues, raise RFIs & assure consistency of project plans as discrepancy between Structural & Architectural plans is one of the main challenges of the project.
• Supervise and control Demolition & Excavation activities, as well as revising payment bills.
• Prepare daily reports that reflect construction progress.
• Prepare Daily Work Permits in accordance with HSE regulations of the Project.

• Acting Superintended in Plant Operating Area ''Drill Pad Area'' which included Cast In Situ Deep Piles & Footings, Waste Oil Trenches, Utility Pits & Duct Banks, UG Services, Heavy Duty Pavements, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Structural Steel Erection, etc..
• Day to day management of site by planning, directing, supervising & monitoring work progress as well as work force.
• Site planning of the work and effectively organizing site heavy machinery & resources in order to meet the schedule in coordination with Construction Manager.
• Managing, monitoring & interpreting contract design drawings and documents.
• Liaise and control all construction matters and works including site inspections, to ensure client’s satisfaction and quality of work produced in line with project specification.
• Prepare necessary reports reflecting construction progress on daily bases.
• Coordinate with logistics team onshore for the required material within reasonable time prior commencing activities.
• Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.
• Recognizing commercial issues and discuss scope of work as per relative contract documents.
• Ensure all activities performed at site are in lieu with HSE regulations of AJES and of the project as part of Oil & Gas industry.
• Review and study Project specifications, drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ) and contract documents for necessary requirements of the project.
• Preparing Technical Quarries (RFIs) and Method Statements.
• Providing BBS “Bar Bending Schedule” & shop drawings, based on project specifications and ACI 318 along with Fabrication preparation.
• Preparing design calculations and sketches for shoring, as earth works are of much interest & concern to the Client due to the sensitivity of work place.

• Coordinating with Sub-Contractor to achieve top Quality following Schedule with the least possible Cost.
• Resolving design and drawing issues by raising RFIs with Engineering/Design Team.

• Implement the evaluation system to provide the school in subject with accreditation as Healthy School based on various criterias such as Management & leadership, Safe, Healthy & Clean School Environment, Health Education & Services, etc..
• The assessment process includes reviewing & monitoring school's performance based on NGO Standards that were developed by a specialized committee from UNICEF, World Health Organization, Communication Partnership for family Health, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education.
