Project: Sir Bani Yas Island - church historical site - phase II visitors’ center - Department of culture & tourism:
• Management of project deliverables & work scope
• Follow up design & technical details with client & consultant
• Supervision of progress, timeline & cost of project
Responsibilities as estimation engineer:
• Studying tenders, including specifications and drawings,
• Analyzing materials and work scopes,
• Obtaining offers and prices for activities
• generating priced BOQs

• Site management of finishing works
• Arranging resources needed
• Coordinating with MEP activities to achieve smooth work progress

• Performing inspection & handing over of said utilities with consultant & client
• Performing weekly and daily planning for assigned works,

• Coordinating with other activities.

• Managing and supervising storm water network & civil works.
• Managing and supervising telecommunication network civil works.
• Performing inspection & handing over of said utilities with consultant & client
