• Heading account team managers (solution manager, fulfilment manager, solutions manager, ITO manager), review their daily operation and tasks

Project summery :
One of the biggest projects on the region and main phases of the project as following :
a. Main site : Consolidating heterogeneous storages in EMC VMAX storage, migrate all Data, migrate all application servers to SUN Blades, maintain virtualization env using VMWARE . migrate all Database servers to SUN M5000 servers cluster using Veritas HA , upgrading backup and archiving solutions
b. DR site : Building new DC from scratch, placing a new VMAX storages , FC switches , clustered M5000 DB servers, SUN Blades application servers .
c. Maintain bi directional replication between VMAX storages using SRDF , maintain High availability of DB clustered servers using global Veritas clustering between main site and DR site DB servers Active -Active mode, maintain applications virtualization ( VMWARE) to cover main and DR blades . Replicating Backup and archiving solution .
Kuwait Finance House ( Bahrain ) : migrating old Sun storages to new EMC clarion storage, upgrading all DB servers and migrating DB to new clarion storage , structuring a new Disaster recovery site and implementing a new clarion storage, DB servers, SUN blades and maintain clustering, replication between both sites (active -standby).
GDC ( global Service Delivery centre ) 2010- Egypt : participating in structuring ITS Service delivery centre in Egypt . centre made to serve all ITS customers by providing remote support to all kind of problems for infrastructure , applications, DB, network ...etc . i did participate in putting procedures, documentations, training, flow charts , escalation procedures ..etc .

MDS Oman is one of 33 Branches covering the Middle-east and Asia region, MDS is a Compaq Service provider. My
job title was Computer Service Manager. I was responsible for all Compaq technical issues (Installation of the
Servers, Compaq warranties Compaq solutions, ---etc), also managing the engineering department.
OCS is one of largest local companies in Oman in the field computer networking. They are authorized dealers for
SUN, COMPAQ, ALTOS, WANG, and CISCO. My job title was customer engineer. I handled many customer accounts
including Ministry of Education, Ministry of Commerce Cabinet secretariat, GETCO, Oman United Insurance
Company, Holding company, and others.
