• Ensures that the Health Safety Environmental and Quality Policy is implemented and understood by all supervised staff and that all Compliance and Code of Ethics requirements are appropriately embedded within the project and document control organization.
• Reviews and understands all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project. Ensures that the contract requirements are followed and reflected in the provision of the services.
• Manage and administer Main Project Contract and all subcontractors in line with contracts conditions, Specifications and BOQs. Interfere with Procurement / Contract department if needed to fulfill best budget/cost control management practice, matching commercial/financial Project/Company financial goals.
• Lead the implementation of project design to facilitate definition of project scope and deliverables.

• Define and Manage Project’s milestones, tasks and resources requirements.
• Develop full scale project execution plans and coordinating with project staff.
• Develop project baseline time schedule; report on progress to all stakeholders.
• Review and track all changes (VOs/Claims) or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client. Review cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting/contracting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
• Develop Risk Register and develop timely responses plan when needed to eliminate or mitigate such risks.
• Present reports to define project’s progress, risks, obstacles and solutions.
• Performance Reporting and Progress Measurements using analysis of SPI and CPI indexes and taking appropriate corrective and prevention actions to eliminate any observed variances.
• Review and assess technical alternatives for materials, work method statements, manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors to maximize commercial profitability.
• Lead Project Closing/Handover to Consultant and Client.
• Lead Testing and Commissioning for different MEP systems along with the team.
