Starting Production Engineer finished as Production Manager:
• Responsible of more than 95 technicians and supervisors
• Control of the flow of the raw material inside the plant
• Controlling and supervising all manufacturing processes
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
• Evaluate alternative production layouts and material flow, specifying tools and methods, implementing cost reduction, quality improvement and safety improvement ideas
• Analyze technical problems in the utility and manufacturing areas and develop both short and long term recommendations for their correction. Lead or assist cross-functional teams in finding solutions to technical problems.
• Coordinating with other departments (maintenance, quality and stores)
• Preparation of two weeks ahead production plan
• Preparation of monthly & annuals production reports
• Member of quality internal auditing team of the company
• Member of the research & development committee of the company
مسؤول عن تركيب مصاعد في مشاريع كثيرة منها السكنية والحكومية وفي جميع محافظات الاردن وقد كنت مشرفا عن فريق العمل ومشاركا أيضا في التركيب وقد عملت لمدة ستة أشهر في قسم المبيعات .
