1- Responsibilities as an IT manager
o Manage and configure the company infrastructure with include
(LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, VOIP, Access control, Virtualization, VPN, Cisco, cloud solutions...etc ).
o Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
o Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair.

workflows and daily work by using Salesforce platform.

o Working on ESRI system designer tool for Project sizing.
o Working as team leader for enterprise cloud computing CRM / salesforce system implementation, customization and development to automate all workflows that have used internally.
2- Responsibilities as a GIS professional services - GIS analyst
o data conversion including CAD data to GIS
o Conversion of GPS data into GIS format.
o ArcGIS for desktop 10.x (ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcToolbox; Model Builder; Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, ArcInfo Workstation, ArcSDE)
o ArcGIS for Server 10.x (share GIS resources across an enterprise and across the web by publishing the services)
o Works and expert in all Desktop and server geodatabases (personal, file, desktop and enterprise geodatabases)
o ArcGIS Online
o Automation of tasks & tool creation using Model Builder
o support Utilities clients which using ArcFM UT 9.3.1 & 10.2.1
o Geocortex installation, configurations, reports and workflow.
o Versions upgrade from older to newer versions (ARCGIS Desktop & server & ARCFM UT).
o Manage client accounts to identify new data/software requirements.
o Assisting in training in various aspects of the GIS software and database creation and use.
o Administrate geodatabase with both Oracle and SQL enterprise, include versioning, manage users and permissions, reconcile and post, compress, apply rules, and so on.

- Responsible of all servers(ADDC, Exchange, Virtualization, and proxy server)
- Administrate all employee access permission and usage of the VOIP telephones.
- Developing the smart solutions for the company like access control, wireless handover, and CCTV system.
- Troubleshooting the network as fast as possible to ensure the normal work environment
- Teaching computer and network courses such as ICDL, A+, N+, IT security, CCNA, MCITP, and CISSP
- Supply staff support to make them up to date and as a result they can give the best advice to the students.
- Configuring CISCO routers and DSLAMs

- Responsible of monitoring the network traffic to avoid failure point during the peak hours.
- Preparing the staff accounts in windows server environment to be suitable for mobile users during the shift working environment.
