- Orders booking and machines invoicing.
- Ensure spare parts availability.
- Minimize stocks Discrepancy.
- Order processing, coordination and controlling of communication between the sales engineer, customers and factory for the complete order cycle and associated detailed information from receipt of order to delivery.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, shipping documents, goods clearance, delay delivery, LC issues and invoices reconciliation with finance.
- Customs clearance process follow up until shipment delivered.
- Logistics Reports (in transit shipments, update progress, etc).
- Resolve discrepancies between factory invoices and received parts.
- Clearing GIT and logistics invoices with finance.
With the help of my fellow students, we created a sign language glove that can assets deaf people communicate with healthy people.
