1. Arrange employees/guests traveling bookings.
2. Arrange employees/guests accommodation bookings.
3. Maintain updated price lists of traveling and accommodation.
4. Coordinate with the Finance department for bookings payments.
5. Prepare a regular report regarding travel and accommodation arrangements.
1. Ensure that routine functions are carried out smoothly and attentively without supervision.
2. Inform the GM /GD on daily bases, of the day’s most pressing and serious issues that have to be given priority and solved.
3. Take care of paper work, prepare and issue Minutes of meeting, circulars & notifications,
4. Design and prepare presentations on behalf of concerned GM / GD.
5. Arrange organized filing distribution of internal memos and correspondences to the concerned officials.
6. Attend telephone calls, receive and register messages in the absence of the GM/ GD
7. Transmit and or receive fax messages related to the concerned SBU/Directorate and distribute the messages or their copies to the concerned persons.
8. Examine and sort out mails in accordance to its priority.
9. Handling all travel arrangements for the SBU / Directorate.
1. Writing and printing all the HR Litters.
2. Arrange organized filing distribution of internal memos and
correspondences to the concerned officials.
3.Take care of paper work, prepare and issue Minutes of meeting,
circulars & notifications.
4. Responseble of all employees personnel and goverment realition.
