As a manager of the after sales service, my main responsibilities were:
- Management and development of the after-sales service as a Profit Centre;
- Quality delegate of the branch for the ISO 9001 certification;
- Monthly and annual reporting of activity’s achievements
- Recruitment, leading and training of all the staff after sales
Installation of two transformer stations 33/225 kV for the Tarfaya Wind Farm (TWF) built by Siemens with a global capacity of 300 MW.
