-Designing reinforced concrete structures, for residential, commercial, hospital and hotels (based on owned experience) mid rise buildings.
-Studying the static and dynamic behaviour of the structure during earthquake using Uniform Building Code, American and British codes
- Calculating the reinforcement needed for slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, rafts, isolated footings, water tanks, Ramps, stairs
- ability to check the compression and tension capacity of piles with the max allowable pressure and owned brief experience in locating it to support the structure
- coordinating with architectural and mechanical departments during project phase to avoid discrepancies
- negotiating with Dubai Authorities especially the structural department of Dubai Municipality and getting the structure design approval in shortest time
-regular site visit for inspection of the construction works to ensure compliance with health, safety and design regulations
