- Grow the sales of the department in a profitable manner and according to the strategy of the company.
- Develop good relationships with existing and potential clients through continuous field visits and other PR tools.
- Prepare proposals and offers to clients in coordination with the Fire & GA department manager.
- Conduct initial surveys for underwriting for small accounts.
- Prepare reports on visits to clients to the Fire & GA department manager.
- Service the existing clients of the company and follow up on renewals of policies.
- Prepare presentations and other marketing material as needed.
- Follow up outstanding premiums in coordination with the Fire & GA department manager and Head of Collections.
- Follow-up with clients about renewal of policies.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the management of the company.
