• Conduct periodical audits or operational reviews compiling and reporting statistics, discusses with the supervisors apparent discrepancies and resolve them.
• Material records, initiates or processor forms and reports required.
• Monitor and coordinate all training activities for 1300 manpower including
• ( RDD, PDP, Seminars and short and long term international training assignments ).
• Perform all adhoc projects as assigned.
• Perform benefit plan development and research.
• Prepare plan, design and associated support studies.
• Provide analytic and support for benefit usage and cost.
• Coordinate the preparation of benefits manuals and guides.
• Develop and recommends performance measurements studies strategy.
• Assess the performance measurement process, establishes feedback and reporting system.
