As a freelancer in Business Networks & Economic and Trade Affairs, I
partially Advise the Managing Director on strategic decisions, investments,
development of practice areas and strategic partnerships related to KSA,
including market trends, expansion opportunities, risk management,
operational efficiency, markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments to help the company navigate any complexities and achieve
its objectives in KSA market.
Reporting to the CEO, Steering the triumph of SAMACO's projects involves: •Pioneering the development and implementation of project management office and processes that seamlessly align with SAMACO's strategic goals. •Established project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations. •Lead the readiness of the Initial Public Offering file as per CMA listing rules and MoCI regulations •Providing invaluable insights and recommendations to facilitate ongoing enhancements and challenging new business model. Ultimately, driving the success of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and empowering sound decision-making to attain SAMACO's goals.
Spearheading the Project Management Office (PMO) for multiple projects
at a strategic consulting firm that specializes in delivering innovative and
sustainable strategic solutions customized to the specific requirements of
clients across diverse industries. These projects are centered on establishing an Impact Investment system within the socio-economic sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, drawing from global best practices while comprehending the unique local needs and strengths. •Established the PMO, equipping it with essential tools and templates for effective project management. •Successfully developed comprehensive Project
Management Handbook, serving as a valuable guide for the PMO's
operations and practices to all existing and new joiner consultants.
As a direct report to the CEO, taking charge of the Transformation PMO
within a diverse holding group of companies operating in Real Estate,
Industrial, F&B, and Investment sectors. •Initiated the established of a
companywide PMO and effectively communicating the associated changes to internal stakeholders. •Provided robust support to the various business units in shaping their strategic plans. •Collaborated closely with department heads to ensure seamless alignment between departmental plans and the overarching strategic objectives, while proactively identifying any discrepancies and proposing mitigation strategies. •Monitored the overall project status, ensuring it remains on track with established timelines and goals. •Crafted and delivered a range of comprehensive reports tailored for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance organizational performance.

•Ensured the effectiveness of strategic planning, business processes, and
budgeting initiatives, continuously striving for improvement.•Meticulously
set, measure, and achieve key performance indicators, ensuring alignment
with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of accountability.
Contributed to the establishment of effective enterprise function
responsible for driving complex initiatives on both operational structures

Transformation Strategy program to align with the company’s vision and

preparedness of the Initial Public Offering documentation, aligning with
CMA listing rules and MoC regulations for a prominent global airfreight
carrier company. This encompassed tasks such as appointing the lead
underwriter and market consultants, conducting due diligence, adhering to CMA rules for the offer of securities and continuing obligations, and
creating the Red Herring Prospectus. •Acted as the primary liaison within
the IPO Steering Committee, bridging the gap between management and
consultants. •Successfully executed the conversion of SACC from a Limited Liability company to a Closed Joint Stock company. •Secured the necessary GACA licenses to officially operate at all KSA airport stations. •Significantly reduced the overall cost of the IPO project by nearly 1 million. •Took the lead in establishing Board Committees, the Board Secretary Unit, Corporate Governance procedures, and Service Level Agreements.
Developing effective long and intermediate-term plans, driven by sales
criteria and an analysis of data gathered from capacity studies, consumer
preferences, and a thorough comparison between aircraft models. This
approach aims to optimize flight schedules for each station, ultimately
maximizing the overall network's profitability. •Achieved the addition of a
lucrative flight to the (DAC - EUR) market through the creation of feasibility reports and a comprehensive market study. •Produced a Regional Market Analysis Report and an interactive tool to assess seasonality patterns for stations both inbound and outbound.
•Provided comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive team for managing the business operations. •Authorized to make business office decisions. •Build the company Profile and activated the area of Property Management and Operation (residential, commercial, hotel and entertainment). •Participated and act as focal contact point in reviewing and implementing the company’s Web-based Operating System (Business Solution & Application) that supports communication with databases (SQL & Oracle). •Assigned to manage the complete process for recruiting, nominating, and the appointment for competencies exam and interview with recruitment companies.
•Established Cause Related Marketing (CRM) as product to propose to clients for better solution rather (CSR). •Support the company’s core business throughout research, analysis and recommendations of new business initiatives which help support growth of current products and services offering.
