- Obtaining of all government certificates and system access (Govt. websites like MUQEEM, TAMM, MOL, GOSI, GAZT, MCI, Riyadh Chamber, Customs etc.)
- Coordinate all government related activities.
- Developing and implementing personnel / HR policies
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Approvals for company loans e.g. housing, car and personal loans.
- Maintain yearly staff evaluation.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Implementing employee contracts and contracts renewal.
- Coordinate training programs for employees.
- Coordinate all types of insurances.
- Organize and maintain important and confidential documents.
- Developing all personnel and admin documents forms.
- To decide on salary increases, promotions, compensation and benefits
- Other functions including annual leave, travel visa, exit re-entries, Iqama renewals, sponsorship transferring, change occupation and new employee orientation.
Other Duties:
- In charge of petty cash.
- Manage company events.
- Negotiate with service providers like travel agencies, hotels, car rental etc. for their corporate rate and sign the contracts.
- I.T. (Networking, special software)
- All government related activities.
- Manage personnel & admin.
