Implementing and configuring SAP ERP for the Enterprise Asset Management Module that supports
the Maintenance and Operation Department.
- Leading the Change Management Processes and the System transformation from the old in-house
developed system to the SAP ERP System for Operation Departments and their partners.
- Leading the SAP EAM Team in all Operation Department Project-related activities, including
gathering requirements, collecting Master Data, and sharing the project progress.
- Working closely with SAP Partners to deliver the project on time, solve all the reported defects, and
test the provided solutions.
- Planning and designing the training sessions as part of the knowledge transfer process for the
Operation and Maintenance Departments’ teams and conducting both UAT (User Acceptance Tests)
and Train the Trainers sessions.
- Monitoring and tracking the issue tickets raised by the users and supporting the SAP EAM Team
while closing the tickets.
- Being a member of the project team for implementing and configuring SAP System for OFSAT Arabia Company - a Sister Company of Arabian Drilling Company.
- Working as Functional support for Plant maintenance (PM Module) users on how to use and execute transactions using the SAP PM system.
- Designing and delivering SAP PM Training sessions for both new and existing employees that working on SAP PM Module and coordinate with all related departments on planning and scheduling the training sessions.
- Working with the concerned department on the new development or enhancement starting from collecting the business requirements, building the test scripts for all the possible scenarios until performing the UAT (User Acceptance Test) then coordinate with SAP Basis Team to move the new development to SAP Production Server.
- Assisting SAP Application Manager in all the IT Project that related to SAP System and day-to-day office tasks.
- Reviewing and approving all the SAP Incidents which created by business.
- Following up with team to close all the support incidents within the target date.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with other departments in order to understand the business requirements for any new project or new system enhancement.
- Updating the business department heads with the current list of open SAP Incidents to speed up closing them.
- Planning and designing the training session that including (user guide, training materials, process flow charts) for all the new and existing end-users on how to use the system.
