Monitor and ensure aircraft compliance with regulatory rules. Prepare and lead all aircraft delivery and redelivery/phase-out activities. Supervise day-to-day operations as well as collect and analyze data to conduct statistical analysis for aircraft/systems and components performance. Collected and illustrated findings, limits exceedance, and trends performance report to the board of directors and general authority of civil aviation (GACA) monthly. Led monthly reliability board meetings to present reliability statistical view and performance KPIs. Compiled, reviewed, and analysed all technical delays and cancellations. Produced and distributed the monthly mechanical interruption summary report by determining all costs involved in each case. Built and cultivated relationships with reliability departments for the exchange of reliability data. Ensured descriptions in the reliability delay/cancellation database are consistent with flight logs. Corrected erroneous data as necessary.
● Tabulated unscheduled removals of critical components and report statistically on critical component removals chart in monthly reliability and statistical analysis report.
● Developed short/long terms maintenance plans for Saudia fleet by providing historical data and updated manufacturer’s manuals and coordinating with planning department.
● Controlled and monitored data for other airlines and presented new items to board of directors regularly.
● Improved component/system performance in Saudi by providing data to vendors and facilitating meetings to discuss various reliability issues and press for a resolution.
