Lead & perform various analysis and administrative duties in compensation and benefits. Includes, performing compensation studies related to cost and salary structures, salaries and allowances surveys and analyzing/evaluating jobs and maintaining related records.
Initiate studies and assist in developing new programs, methods and procedures as required.
Liaise with external consultants regarding Salary Survey and Compensation programs.
Provide policy counsel on variable pay programs and makes recommendations.
Provide guidance in designing, modifying and secure approvals for multiple benefits plans in the company.
Analyze local market practices and trends to recommend and deploy plan design changes.
Establisher and fully in charge of Saudi Graduates Development Programs (SOCPA, CIA, CFA 1).
Responsible of Personal Development Plan (PDP) for program participants.
Responsible of preparing the annual requirements of the manpower planning to determine manpower needs towards achieving company’s current and future requirements.
Follow strategies and business plans to execute all manpower planning and recruitment activities.
Sources and facilitates the recruitment of new applicants, and assists in strategic recruitment needs.
In Charge of conducts screen tests, examinations, evaluation and interview for new recruits and ensures staffs are deployed in the right positions according to skills, experience and corporate goals.
Interfaces with employees on all career inquiries and Provides career counseling and quality performance for employees.
Coordinates in preparing training needs, annual career development prospectus, budgeting preparation data.
Maintains records and prepares reports to evaluate performance of trainees and monitors the progress of trainees.
Assists in facilitating continuing education courses to improve employees knowledge.
Assists in providing advice on a succession planning program for high-potential management employees.
Design and develops training programs for all levels of the Bank.
Supports employees and managers with all human resource related issues
