Main Responsibilities:
Manages activities to ensure IT programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Implements and provides guidance related to PMO processes and policies, oversees the work of project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards (SLA); resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Demand Management includes MKT Services and products, Sales initiatives, CS requirements.

Description:
Transformation of complete BSS Stack, revamp of Digital enablement solutions (Self care, Mobile application) with complete Business process re-engineering with alignment to Etom Level-4

Analyze transmission requirements based on business unit inputs.
Design the new/expansion transmission requirements based on SDH/DWDM/MPLS-TP/OTN for LH, Metro and Access networks.
Optimize transmission network to reduce CAPEx and OPex
Responsible for transmission equipment’s forecast and buffer in a quarterly base
Responsible for new Equipment’s and Technology study and selection
Responsible for transmission RFPs Preparation, reviewing and evaluation
Tx BOQ (Bill of quantities) preparations
Develop and maintain internal processes to support department work and responsibilities
Develop cross-functional processes with other related departments and stakeholders
Develop and maintain department SLA
Develop Tools and programs to automate all department works and reports
Maintain and monitor transmission Budget and Overrun issues
Coordinates between Zain and SEC for fiber renting.
Supporting in site sharing and the acquisition by coordinating with government and solve the issues.
Provide 2GSM & UMTS network surveillance services for ZAIN 2G BSS & 3G RAN network.
Responsible to do remote first level troubleshooting to resolve BSS/RAN failures (ie using Application Launcher, WBTS Manager, MML cmd window etc)
Coordinate fault escalation/handling & troubleshooting with FLM partners, customer counterparts & management team. Provide technical online support throughout fault restoration processes.
Provide scripts to expedite network queries & data logging.
Maintain fault logging database & generate O&M reports on network failures.
