Lube Oil Blending Supervisor March, 2009 - March, 2012
I began my experience as Production Engineer at APSCO - ExxonMobil L&S (I took PDP Professional development Program for one year which rotate training and working in various department in our plant) as following:
(1) Maintenance Department for 3 months.
(2) Tank Farm Area (manufacturing supply chains) for 3 months.
(3) Filling & Packaging section for 6 months.
(4) Since March 01, 2010 till now : Lube Oil Blending Supervisor at (APSCO - ExxonMobil)
My main duties:
• Supervision of the all operation at (Tank Farm Area) such as :(Loading finish product & unloading raw material) & supervision of all tanks mechanical facilities (gear pumps, pneumatic valves, pigging system, pressure gauge, level gauge, temperature gauge and blend mixers).
• Executes the daily Blending plan.
• Blends the base oils and additives as per the blend sheet, product grade and the process used, ILB or ABB in the assign tank.
• Responsible for the finish products until receipt of the final lab approval for quality control.
• Follows up the delivery of the finished products to the filling section.
• Carry out process operations as per quality plan and work instructions procedures and monitor process parameters to ensure meeting product specification.
• Adheres to the work procedures established in accordance with the total quality standard measures.
• Ensure non conforming product is segregated with complete coordination with lab.
• Responsible for all documents/checklists related to blending section.
• Team leader in preparing company’s FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis).
• Supervise the implementation of EHS requirements procedures.
• Ensure implementation of product identification & traceability procedure.
• Ensure implementation of process control, quality records and handling & storage procedure.
• Verifies the safety of the equipment, pumps and lines, used in the oils movement, before using them.
• Looks after the safety of the operators from the hazards of equipment and devices.
• Participate in the internal audit program.
• Performs any duties assigned to him in his field of work.
• Make sure the bulk products are entered in the ORACLE system.
