This function plays a key role in determining the needs of the branches of the items by taking into consideration the expected sales, balances, orders and offers in order to provide the items in the hospital warehouses permanently without interruption in the quantities and the correct dates according to the policy of the hospital in the inventory to ensure that the sale does not stop.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Follow up the accuracy and accuracy of balances on the computer system with the competent authorities of repositories, finance, systems and information.
2. Purchase requisition of items to suit the needs of distribution plans, taking into account available balances and scheduled orders.
3. Daily follow-up with procurement to execute purchase orders by issuing purchase orders to suppliers in the correct quantities and dates, with necessary adjustments if necessary.
4. Follow up the quantities and delivery dates required with the purchases for the orders of the scheduled purchase, and follow up the actual receipt with the warehouses, with the identification of deviations and analyze the causes and measure their impact on the objective of availability of items.
5. Follow up the actual sale of items and identify deviations compared to the plan, and analyze the reasons.
6. Reporting to the direct manager and the relevant departments to follow up on the progress of the work (including but not limited to availability of items, low and high critical balances, slow movement, unmet orders).
7. Provide management with the basic forecast line of the company's categories based on actual sales data, seasonal effects, bid effects and discounts to enable them to build the company's sales plan and make appropriate offers and plans.
