Perform Public Relations and Marketing activities, including advertising agency interface, social media operations, advertising campaigns assistance, event and exhibit execution and organization, development of communication vehicles and content. Developing and implementing PR/Marketing strategies. Manage the image and reputation.
My responsibilities are:
o Marketing research and business development
o Public Relation
o Branding and Corporate Identity
o Coordinating the local and overseas projects.
o Relation Management
o Handling clients Complaints
o Marketing Plans
o Company representative.
o Acting as bridge between the customer and the bank. In addition, I was carrying other tasks such as sales, educating, updating, communicating with both customers and management as well as looking up customer information, assess account status, information, notes and then provide the customer with a quick, accurate, response.
o The reason of leaving the company is to pursue my studies.
