My job involvement covers the area in FANAR SAP PM Module for generating & processing of Preventive Maintenance Job orders. In additions to this I am involving for creating Notifications, Purchase Requisitions and all planning related activities in SAP.
1-Involving Plant Maintenance jobs in SAP PM Module .Successfully completed 2 Annual Plant shut downs and maintaining well maintenance History in the system as well as hard copy in files which they have been an evidence for the success of ISO Auditing both internally & externally held by our plant.
2. Creating various plant location codes, Task lists obtained from vendor’s Maintenance Manual in SAP PM Module and assigning them under appropriate superior location in the SAP PM Tree structure formation.
3. Creating Task lists with Plant Maintenance Instructions under the appropriate location codes and assign the Maintenance Packages for various frequencies according to the requirement of the plant supervisors prior to scheduling them automatically in the system based on assigned frequency.
4. Creating Maintenance Plans as per the requirement of the Plant for PM and assign all Task lists to the Maintenance plan, Upon completion of the Maintenance plans start scheduling each of them matching with the Plant shut down maintenances or the Maintenance personnel’s requirement.
5. Identifies all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step. Possesses a good working knowledge of the FANAR MDRM system, including use of the MDRM Catalog, requisitioning of plant stock items, requisitioning of Direct Charge Materials, use of surplus materials, and procedures for returning surplus and excess materials to the warehouse. Provides the end user with a completed package for successful execution of maintenance work at minimum cost. Ensures that materials are on-site prior to scheduling the job. Ensures that surplus and excess materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the warehouse location.
