Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software

- Assist the office in implementing set standards for applications that meets the needs of the users and supports the overall Information and Communication Technology.
- Monitor and maintain the LAN, Network Servers, Routers, Printers, LAN Points, Switches, Patch
panels, Access points, HF and VHF bases, HF and VHF relay stations, Satellite Modem…to prevent faults occurring.
- Carry out missions for new installations and routine maintenance tours of ICT equipment’s.
- Ensure that ICT problem recovery is done as quickly as possible and make regular system back-ups.
- Train UNHCR staff on email system, utilization of VHF handhelds, telephone system.

- Maintain the inventory of ICT equipment and keep track of movements of ICT equipment.
- Draft mails and memoranda on ICT matters.
- Assist in the drafting of technical documentation on radio equipment operating procedures
- Certify invoices and delivery notes and pass for payment.
- Evaluate needs for upgrading and eventually replacing ICT equipment in the field, to meet with UNHCR standards.
My Responsibilities are as follow :
1. Monitor and maintain the LAN, Network Servers, Routers, Printers, LAN Points, and Switches, Patch panels, Access points, to prevent faults occurring.
2. Ensure that ICT problem recovery is done as quickly as possible and make regular system back-ups.
3. Assist with the installation of the software packages, basic repair/maintenance of computer hardware and telecom equipment.
4. Train UNHCR staff on email system, utilization of VHF handhelds, telephone system. Radio communication training to new IP staff and package police in the field.
5. Distribute incoming cables, messages and other communication in accordance with established instructions.
6. Add and remove users from the Networks / Windows Servers
7. Maintain the inventory of ICT equipment and keep track of movements of ICT equipment.
8. Select the most efficient and economic means for the transmission of messages, taking into consideration the nature and priority of communications to be transmitted.
9. May attend telephone calls and keep records of such calls.
10. Carry out administrative duties, within the area of competence as assigned.
My responsibility is to build and lead projects, ranging from Accounting Software(Desktop) to Online and Content Management Systems / Web Applications (Web) \[Custom Made Projects\]
I develop business applications (Retails, Accounting, etc..),
Websites and Web Applications using PHP & MySQL/Oracle, I'm also expert in Open Source CMS systems like WordPress and Joomla.
My work at AS Company urged me to have Project Management skills, through which I developed my management skill.
