Joined the Technical Electrical Reliability Department and was assigned to the High Density Polyethylene Plant (HDPE). Mastered the electrical system, did spare parts evaluation, joined the Root Cause Analysis Team (RCA), and prepared a presentation about VSD’s.
Began as on-job trainee, quickly advanced to electrical technician, then assigned as an acting electrical maintenance supervisor. Responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, job planning, daily reporting, evaluating tem members, maintaining spare parts as well as managing weekly meetings.
