1. Administers the processing of all rewards and benefits documentation to ensure compliance with policy, procedures and regulatory requirements; provides input into the design, implementation, and/or modification of documentation as appropriate.
2. Generates appropriate notification of changes in rewards and benefits to concerned departments and employees.
3. Updates the Human Resources Information System ensuring accuracy of data; makes corrections as necessary.
4. Resolves and reconciles with Finance Department any issues relating to salary administration.
5. Provides rewards and benefits counseling to managers and employees, as appropriate.
6. Participates in market benefits surveys and the development of new or revised rewards and benefits policy recommendations.
7. Evaluates job positions, determines job classification, and prepares job descriptions and salary scales.
8. Prepares reports such as organization and flow charts and summary of job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
9. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Accepting job applications from prospective candidates; Ensuring that all information required are Complete and supporting documents are in place; Prepare and uodate daily applidation list and forwards the same to HR Manager; Condacts initial interview where necessary conducts testing if required.
