o Responsible for project development, change management, delivery and embedding of the behavior and organizational changes identified for both primary and secondary logistics.
o Mapping of stakeholders, key interdependencies and bottlenecks leading to
o Development of action plans for each activity (e.g. resource plans, milestones and KPIs) and including consideration of change management approach needed to embed changes in the operation
o Confirmation of rollout schedule with relevant stage gates

Play the role of business assrance from the HSSE perspective. Lead operational HSSE teams covering 5 working locations for the company explorations areas.
Business HSSE leadership/ownership while planning & supervising activities, verifying the implementation
of the HSSE rules, standards, procedures, with the maximum use for the HSSE latest tools and techniques
Development of HAZIDs/ HAZOPs in order to identify the hazards/risks and have all required mitigation
measures/controls in place from the design phase to the full operational scale
Designing in-house HSSE Training Courses that meet business requirements, and enhance better
implementation for the HSSE Cases conducted for the ops and the Road Safety
Investigating Incidents (root-cause analysis) and develop/design/participate in Level I, II, & III Audits
Solid field experience which enables to coach young, new companies/ leaders on the basic & advance HSSE
techniques, incident reporting, intervention culture, Learning From Incidents, and Chronic Unease mindset
Environmental Mgt Plan according to the ESHIA developed for the different exploration/evaluation/production phases
Follow up on the business expected OH cases due to business operations in line with the international health
standards that classifies the Occupational Health Illnesses
Contractors HSSE Mgt System and auditing to verify the compliance with Shell Standards. (Greenbanding
and the red protocol HSSE selection process)
Facility Security Mgt and follow up on the security requirements as per Shell Standards
Developing HAZID Study for both Well Evaluation Activities and Seismic operations, with detailed levels of
focus on the Hipotential Activties that could lead to Hipotential Incidents
Planning and developing Road Safety MS Case developing detailed HSSE critical activity sheet for all critical
positions
Jordan's focal point for Lifting & Hoisting, Temporary Pipework, Technical Mgt Of Change and the DROPS
program
Monthy, Quarterly & yearly HSSE reporting/ analysis and gap analysis to identify the proactive targets year
by year
Three High Diploma Degrees in: 1) HSSE Prepare for HSSE MS Professionals 2) HSSE Apply for HSSE MS Professionals 3) HSSE Lead for HSSE MS Professionals
