Key Responsibility of HR Functions:
 Hiring, guiding, onboarding and evaluating the performance of HR employees.
 Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation, planning and conducting hiring/recruitment processes to support current and future business needs.
 Monitor the performance evaluation processes of group employees and report to the CEO.
 Counseling CEO and Board of Directors for all employee’s matter.
 Taking initiatives for ensuring positive and equality in the work environment.
 Visiting company branches to assist HR in Charge/ branches manager over the kingdom.
 Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law.
 Maintain the development and implementation of overall HR systems (ERP).
 Managing the annual salary review process for the company.
 Promoting equality and diversity in the recruitment process.
 Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
 Career Succession Planning.
 Supporting supervisors to ensure the success of their teams.
 Ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered.
 Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed budgets.
 Supervision pay-roll operations.
 Advising on staff promotions.
 Assisting with day-to-day HR related questions.
 Keeping up to date with legal developments and maintain HR procedures that comply with Saudi labor regulations.
 Investigating disciplinary and grievance matters.
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
 Planning, and delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
 Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections for HR & Operations.
