Main responsibilities:
Handling the patients of different department like General Practioner, Dermatology and Spine and Joint.
Plans, organizes and provides leadership and control all administrative functions Greet and receive patients and their escorts.
Preparing insurance claim forms and approvals for MRI, X-ray, Labs and etc.
Verification and dispatching of claims to insurance all the report are correct.
Maintaining current knowledge of regulation and policies through research and attending training and workshops like Daman, Alico and Adnic.
Teaching employees about insurance and policies, informing the changes to other employees.
Maintaining records in EXCEL Sheet and billing system.
Answer patient’s queries regarding services, medical insurance procedures and payment.
Collect and prepare all documents required by the doctors (patient’s files and medical reports), scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
Collecting payments.
Handling complaints and providing the patient with a positive experience, resolving of issues and problems of patients.
