Responsible for all the automation and design of
systems, lead team of engineers and technicians
from designing till commissioning.

Program PLC’s, design logic, program microcontrollers, design PCB circuits to make systems smaller
and ecient and decrease production time.
Produce documents & manuals. Provide remote
support to customers at dierent continents.
Worked as a consultant with multiple industries
and partners. Partnered with a technical services
company. Provide services in solar, automation
projects, panel design, troubleshooting of PLC
based systems, program PLC of dierent brands on
ladder logic, and design HMI, servo, VFD etc.
Suggest upgrade to increase eciency. Conduct
safety & technical audit with CBRE-Shell
Provide Pre-sales and technical support to local
partners in Pakistan. Directly report to Senior
Manager ASPAC. Resolve issues in collaboration with TCC team from China, Singapore and
global team. Make feasibility of hardware
compatibility and follow-up till commissioning
of project. Attend trainings and seminars
internationally.
Responsible for all the automation projects.
Conduct surveys, make feasibility reports,
select appropriate hardware and program PLC,
servo, hmi and other industrial automation
hardware and commission project at site. Provide supporting documentations. Lead team of
hardware repairing on smd component level.
Worked in Process Department, QA, Supervising the mixing of raw materials, maintaining the desired quality of final product, maintaining coordination between warehouse and packing department.
Assisting Department manager, Trainee Engineers and technical staff in Maintenance of machine’s for smooth operation of machines like Stenter, Flatbed, RedFlag, Jigger and system’s consisting of PLC’s, Sensors, VFD’s, Motors, Control systems, Burners, Boilers.
AHMS Department:
Automatic Message Handling System for Ground to Ground NOTAM, Flight Plans and meteorological data communication and Navigation.
Radar:
Study on PSR and SSR functional in Pakistan Airspace, VCCS Communication and Data Recording Facility.
