• Evaluate validity and process claims submitted by all business units
within KSA
• Keep up to date record of all claims and ensure all outstanding claims
are settled without delay
• Deal with local insurers, brokers and loss adjusters to accelerate the
finalizing of claim
• Update and answer queries from business units related to claim
• Collaborate with insurance manager and director to produce monthly
and annual reports displaying insurance performance and achieved
business goals of the department
• Manage the NYK claims process, ensuring timely and accurate recovery
of claims receivable
• Conduct lecture for new users of insurance system for all business units

• Collect monthly timesheet and calculate employee work hours
• Prepare employee compensation using payroll software
• Prepare monthly payroll reports
• Respond to employee queries related to payroll transactions

• Control all aspects of documentation on multiple projects for the accounts and engineering department
• Ensure that all approved copies of requested documents are given the appropriate staffs, suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain updated records of all documents.
• Ensure that all documents are filed safely without any deterioration with easy traceability.

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Conceptualize visuals based on client requirements
• Coordinate with clients and directors to produce the final design
• Coordinate with external printing services and art agencies.

• Create visually appealing video and content assets
• Collaborate with other creative team members and directors
to create ads used across variety of platforms (LED screens,
mobile and web)
• Adhere constructive feedbacks and ideas from company or client
