Supervising, guiding and motivating, and help colleagues work together and ensure they’re delivering good customer service.
Ensuring the business run smoothly, organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it’s done correctly.
Daily tasks also include:
- Helping with training and development
- Completing paperwork
- Handling complaints
- Ordering and monitor stock
- Personnel duties
- Reporting to senior level management
- Provide excellent customer service to improve business performance.
- Greet, address and thank customers in friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.
- Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
- Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services.
- Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires.
- Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.
Monitor work sites to check that they're safe.
visiting properties such as factories, farms, restaurants, schools, and shops, where premises, equipment and procedures need to be checked for compliance with health and safety legislation.
Other responsibilities include:
- investigating accidents and complaints.
- closely examining equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- writing reports.
- providing employers with advice and information on health and safety
MIS deals with the implementation and analysis of technological resources in business environments. and use technical skills to solve business problems.
