INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPANY (NAFTANIR) as one of the main subsidiaries in the PASARGAD ENERGY DEVELOPMENT has been assigned the 'BOT' service contract with IRANIAN NATIONAL GAS COMPANY for installation of 6th IRANIAN gas trunk line (IRAN IRAQ Gas Export Pipe Line) including approximately 590 Km in length, 56-inch transmission line with 48 and 30-inch split, with 5 Pressure Boost Stations, 4 Pressure Control Station and 1 Metering Station. HIRBODAN Management Company has been assigned the Managing Contractors Contract with NAFTANIR. There is 4 EPCC Contractors in Pipe Line, Pressure Control Station and Metering Station, 5 EPCC contractors in Pressure Boos Station, I am as a member of planning team to do Integrated planning to, Usually I report to project manager, but in top management meeting and some requested cases by managing director of HIRBODAN or NAFTANIR, I will report to them directly.
has been assigned
the “Buy-Back” Service Contract for the AZAR Oil Field Development Project. In construction &
commissioning portion there is 3 major contractors for drilling and 6 contractors for surface facilities
included Well head facilities manifold & flow lines, Export pipe line, Water supply, Electrical power
supply substation, Central process facilities and Permanent residential camp.
My role as a member of project planning team according to project organization chart is coordination
between above mentioned packages planning focal point to check and modify contractor's WBS,
PMS, time schedule, Measurement of work progress and resource requirements, Identification and
analysis of all basic activities of the work, Preparation of forecast plans, defining applicable Work
Front considering available Material and Equipment at site, reports, etc. Also directly work on
Integrated time schedule plan, Preparation of baseline project critical path schedule including resource
histogram, Delay analysis and offer remedial action, Recognition project miscellaneous, Monitoring
progress of multiple projects, Attending in managerial meetings, In some case like delay analysis,
project miscellaneous and interfaces, construction daily reports directly report to project manager, on
the other issues report to planning manager.
Petroleum Engineering and Developing Company (PEDEC) has been assigned the contract for
YARAN Oil Field Development Project including drilling 21 wells and surface facilities including
Well head facilities and flow line, Export pipe line, Water supply and Electrical power supply
substation, SAZEH Consultants Company was management contract of PEDEC.
Main responsibilities:
-Specialist in planning and project control in engineering, procurement & construction.
-Preparation of progress measurement, reporting, Co-ordination, invoicing, time scheduling,
-Variation order, numbering and planning procedures.
-Preparation of progress payment invoices and preparation of claims.
-Measurement of work progress & resource requirements.
-Review & approval of contractors invoices.
-Controlling and issuing of daily, weekly & monthly reports.
-Identification and analysis of all basic activities of the work.
-Preparation of master schedule plan.
-Preparation of baseline project critical path schedule including resource histogram.
-Preparation of charts and S-Curve for comparing actual progress with planned progress.
-Preparation of forecast plans.
-Preparation of procurement plans.
-Preparation of delay analyses and offer remedial actions.
-Defining applicable work front considering available material and equipment at site.
-Gather progress data in site and monitor performance against schedule.
-Balance of time - cost.
-Contract administration, cost analysis and control.
-Budget cost with C.P.M. concept, and reporting using earned value techniques.
-Resource Assignment and Leveling.
-Coordination with contractors for drawings, materials and for work progress.
- Development of recovery plans to re- aligns project delays and plan deviations.
- Presenting planning revisions as catch up plans when significant deviations occur
against initial plans and schedules.
-Controlling updated plans.
-Monitoring progress of multiple projects and advice management on progress and Project status.

ABAD RAHAN PARS is one of the famous companies in designing and construction of roads,
bridge and building in Iran. Here is a PC contract for construction of industrial and non-industrial
buildings at south pars gas field development phases 15&16, In the middle of the project
construction of the channel of flood control around the site was added to our contract.

There was an EPC contract for site preparation of KANGAN LNG plant, all planning documents
prepared by planning manager and I just focused on daily, weekly reports and preparing supporting
documents which has been needed by POGC Company as the client in invoices.
