Handling All Technical Issues in All Locations Support ( Desktop - Printers - Connection - Networking - Remote Support )
IP Phone ( Administrator ), Asset Management.
Willing to work different shifts.
End User Support, attends to all IT problems reported from the IT help desk in a timely and professional manner and agree
on call-out time scales.
Experience of user administration in Windows Active Directory, exchange, DHCP, DNS.
Experience In IP telephony applications.
Experience in IT technical support role in large corporation PCs, laptops and printers.
Ability to manage Active Directory user, group, and computer account
Knowledge of Switching Routing Outlook Windows Operating System, SAP, Amadeus, VPN security applications including
antivirus software.understanding and working knowledge of infrastructure environments(e.g. Operating system, security,
network, voice, end user and server).
