promotion-sales-training-commercial activities-expenses-implementation-planning- analysis all issues e.g pro- Lead, train, motivate and control the promotional activities of Ciba-Vision Ophthalmics field force to ensure attainment of target set (qualitative and quantitative).
- Having good experience, for leading compay to achieve business areas e.g. commercially and detaling:
• (Voltaren range & Loca-range, Mosegor-range) commercially and detailing:
• Cardio-vascular
• CNS
• Athma- Derma
• OTC products, cough and cold (Otrivin, Resyl, Bradoral & Otrivin range all Novartis OTC products) commercially and detailing.
- Recognize, analyze market problems, new ideas, changes in the field, competitors activities.
- Select new products for introduction to the institutional sector (governmental).
- Assure the execution of plan of action, company policies, decisions, philosophy and to monitor the success / problem according to target set.
- Controlling the field force expenses to be matching with budget in the company operation plan.
- Create the ideas to improve the business on the OTC level (Pharmacies).
- Special training for all field force and sales force on monthly regular basis (mini workshop).
- Develop field force managers managerial abilities and skills.
- Prepare and control appraisal for subordinates.
- Manage and control many business lines for Novartis and Ciba Vision in K.A.S.
