I have a degree in Business Administration from Sana'a University in Yemen, as well as a diploma in ICDL (International Computer Driving License). Arabic is my mother tongue, and I am fluent in English with proficiency in all English skills. I have worked as a Sales Representative for Middle East Company for pesticides and seeds for two years and four months.
As a Sales Representative, I gained significant experience in sales-related tasks, including ensuring the department is clean, well-priced, and adequately stocked to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. I successfully achieved monthly sales targets, prioritized results and personal work objectives, emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction, promoted and demonstrated product features and benefits, provided exceptional customer service, established positive relationships with potential customers, negotiated prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, built trust and rapport with prospects and existing customers, managed the sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals, and collaborated closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development.
I have the ability to leave a favorable impression of both the product and the company. Additionally, I am skilled in problem-solving, analyzing goals, understanding target customers, identifying challenges, and effectively addressing difficulties. Building strong and productive relationships, both internally and externally, is one of my strengths. I am proficient in Arabic and English typing, a fast learner, creative, and eager to acquire new knowledge. Moreover, I possess strong managerial and organizational skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
I have got a diploma in computer skills at Tala Abu Gazaleh International. I have passed the Diploma successfully with Grade Excellent.
