Collecting and analyzing data from the field and reporting using Kobo toolbox.
Oversees the data collection of daily vulnerability assessments conducted by 24 field social workersin Zataari Camp.
Coordinates with UNHCR Data Analysis Group to facilitate administrative and technical data requests through the UNHCR Refugee Assistance Information System (RAIS) and the Open Data Kit (ODK) system for the case management home visit form.
Reviews vulnerability assessment results and vulnerability code identification through electronically submitted daily reports for accuracy.
Monitors and edits data collected through home visits and vulnerability assessments in the IRD case management data base.
Routinely audits home visit forms on RAIS to ensure compliance with project plans and indicators.
Proactively represents IRD in relevant information management coordination and RAIS meetings with UNHCR;
Compiles data and relevant information for the UNHCR weekly report, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual report and annual home visit reports.
Designs and produces monthly flash reports using graphics to represent and analyze district level data on vulnerability and social workers’ response to cases and subsequent progress.
Utilizes data tools to generate information on vulnerability in Zaatari Camp based on specific requests by IRD and UNHCR units for private distributions, programming, gap analysis and service provision in key sectors (protection, age and disability, and basic needs).
Proactively identifies gaps in data management mechanisms, and to assist program development.
Ensures data on cases and assessments are protected and confidential.
Liaises with UNHCR Registration to verify case information for daily case management activities particularly for private distributions for vulnerable cases.
Develops effective and practical data management tools in cooperation with UNHCR.
Works closely with M&E team on accurate data collection, strict monitoring and feedback on program implementation and timely weekly and periodic program reporting.
