Working with LOOTAH Group of Companies as Maintenance in charge of Power House, Generators solar, and RO plant VFDs and control circuits as well as trouble shooting.
Processing Pre-Commissioning test and Post Commissioning test.
All types of Motor Connections of control wiring and power wiring (Star Delta, Soft starter, VFDs).
Supervision & Review of all types of Electrical Equipment’s, Preventive Maintenance, Break Down maintenance.
Maintenance of all types of motors, centrifugal high pressure pump motors 90 KW and BWRO and SWRO pumps motors and Delta and Denfos VFDS.
Maintenance & operation of all VFD control panel & Crompton Graves switchgear VCU, VCB and MCC breakers.
Commissioning of sea water Reverse osmosis desalination Plants motor control panels wiring and motors pumping Stations.
Tracing of faults and troubleshooting all VFD Delta & Danfoss
Operation & Maintenance of Plc. control of Tadjura water filling industry Djibouti & tracing fault in quick response with feedback signals & removed fault without time loss.
Planning and executing the improvements activities to run the System effectively and reduction of equipment down time.
Responsible for RO Membrane Loading and Unloading activities.
Good Knowledge of Pumps Alignments (Straight edges and dial gage methods) laser.
Preparation of Maintenance Reports, Like PM Schedule, works Permit, work Order, Tool Box, History Cards, Condition Monitoring Reports and EMI Reports, Lubrication Schedule.
LV and HT (24 KV) Cables Straight Joints, and Termination of Cables.
DCS control relays checked and breakers and mcc breakers rack in rack out interlocks checked.
Transformer daily and weekly and monthly Annually check pm scheduled
I completed solar 1 MW solar project system installed, DC cable lying work & combiner box fixed and testing work & commissioning work completed in my supervision project.
Working with VA TECH WABAG as Foreman technician of water treatment plant.

Maintenance of all mechanical/electrical equipment’s like as centrifugal & multistage pumps & Motor control valve.
Checked high temperature machine feeding and drawer machine control supply.
Repair overhauling of 1.2MW & 265kw (caterpillar, Cummins, &MBS engines)engines by senior experience support.
Preparation of annual maintenance schedule and engines maintenance reports.
Maintenance of all types of pumps like as high pressure pumps, Multi stage pumps, centrifugal pumps, submersible centrifugal & reciprocating pumps,
Maintenance of Vfds drives & stepper motors and relays checking with Mustimeters.
Control operation of 2nd class boiler and welding chimneys pipe and grinding &cutting work
Baring replaced in ID fan and FD fan motors and giving weekly base lubrication and maintain oil level in pumps baring seal.
Daily making electrical consumption and production report with cost wise.

I COMPLETED MY DAE IN 2011 WITH 79 % PERCENT MARKS AND GOT GOOD KNOWLEGE IN ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTS FIELD
