3. Looking after the IT infrastructure
4. Handling customer complaints
Worked as an IT supervisor, my task was to make testing on new systems used in Dubai Customs by using QTP (Quick Test Professional) software.
I worked first as an IT Trainee then as an IT Supervisor. Our task as a team of two was testing a new system for the bank which is CRM (Customer relationship management) and detecting bugs to be fixed before the system is declared live.
