Key Responsibilities - Academic Consultant:
• Joined GOTEVOT, Madina College of Technology from the grassroots as a Teaching Assistant and moved up the hierarchy right up to the highest echelons of the Educational hierarchy and building a long-term career in the field of academia.
• History of unprecedented growth in the computer science department in renowned college of technologies of the Kingdom contributed to shaping the foundation of the computer science department, developing strong alumni, and empowering faculty to strive for excellence in instruction, scholarship, and service while embracing the philosophy of training in spirit, mind, and body.
• Provided leadership concerning college of technology goals by initiating and delivering new teaching techniques, maintaining high curriculum standards, developing mission statements, and setting performance goals and objectives for the staff and institute.
• Supported a high achievement culture as well as established and met targets against all relevant training metrics and performance indicators.
• Offered a collaborative environment to conduct research projects, conducted research on various topics and provided inputs in writing, presentation, and publication of research papers. Published more than 20 papers.
• Mastered digital transformation in several organizations and serving a key promoter of Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia by presenting courses on digital transformation in various organizations.
• Focused on training students and employees through Technical and Vocational Training and helped the Saudi Employment campaigns.
• Delivered teaching and facilitated learning of the highest quality in accordance with university requirements and applied multiple teaching techniques, demonstrating internationally excellent and world-leading standards in terms of originality, significance, and rigor.
• Chaired and participated in several committees encompassing committees for Institutional Accreditation, Graduation Ceremony, Alumni Progress, Academic progress, Decisions of the University Affairs Council, Digital Transformation, and research to name a few.
Key Responsibilities - Teaching:
• Imparted lessons on Management information systems, decision support systems, data structures, compilers, computer skills, human-machine interactions, research methods, information security, operating systems, cybersecurity, and digital skills.
• Transferred acquired skills through training to graduation/post-graduation students and educated them on the topics mentioned above.
• Led structured discussions, reviewed articles, and offered research, and research guidance as well as guided project students at various levels of undergraduate.
• Comfortably dealt with the diversity of students from different geographies and quickly, adapted to the evolving curriculums, and stayed updated with all advancements in the field of interest, while striving to add value to the institution, students’ life, and society.
