• Handling the company classification (Special category) in municipality (Meps) including engineer’s registration in Engineers Registration System & Degree equalization from Ministry of Education.

• Maintaining database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change. • Obtain new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees. • Renewing employees work permits, EID & Visa’s through the governments system. • Assisting PR Manager to obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees. • Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents. • Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates' passports for employees and dependents.
Public Relations Officer in Operations:
•Processed all CICPA (Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority) forms to issue excess permits for workers.
•Obtained driving licenses for over 1, 000 foreign nationals Including light vehicles/heavy vehicle/ Operators.
•Producing incident reports and following up with any employees who have been admitted to hospital or involved with the police.
•Arranged and coordinated medical tests for visa's renewals & new.
•Handled and managed labourers in regard to all personal requests.
•Completed documentation for labourers who were close to expiry and arranged new labour cards and prepared visa renewals.
