Provide vendor support including tradeshows, sales meetings, and joint client calls. Create brand image of the company and maintain reasonable sales activity, new business pipeline, and profitability.
• Oversee employee performance management & appraisals, craft programs to develop employees’ industry skills and capabilities positively contributing towards organizational productivity, performance and profitability. Assiduously manage legal affairs and actively liaise with regulatory authorities for smooth functioning.
