My key skills include branch targets management, cross-selling of products, service log creation and root cause analysis in addition to value added services. What deserves a special mention is my proficiency in customer service across both retail and corporate banking sectors.
I have a special role in coordinating and directing tasks in the company's transportation department where I follow up on company trips from our farms until they reach our customers or warehouses.
As well as solve the problems that arise during the course of the journey and provide the appropriate alternative.
Add to this the creation of Excel tables to find out and analyze the distances and duration of the trip and evaluate the trips and submit to the administrator.
Work on the usual formal attempts such as introducing financial procedures that occur with the banks or companies we deal with
