-Deals with banks for Import documents & repayment to parent co under SBP frame work.
-Manage more than 1200 employees & 500 Sub-Contractors for payment and disputes.
-To deal with RHQ (Malaysia) & HQ (China) for Inter Co businesses.
-Perform audit of special areas as assigned & assist Finance Manager for audits.
-Check all sub contractors bills and verify with engineers remarks.
-Assist in Monthly Closing and data posting.
-Make necessary adjustments & accruals.
-Review all bills approved by finance in charge to ensure full compliance with internal control.
-Manage more than 1500 sub contractors and resolve financial matters.
-Report to Internal Auditor and Director Finance of Regional office.
-Ensure compliance of tax is fully maintained.
-Performing and supervising general accounting functions.
-Responsible for audit task internal & external.
-Dealing with External members of banks, tax authorities and clients.
-Communication with Auditors and compliance with IFRS and Tax matters.
-Prepare budget for project and reimbursements.
-To ensure smooth flow of reimbursement to educational institutions for scholars.
-Co ordination with Ministry of Education and Finance for timely grants.
-Maintain funds level.
-Analysis of projects report to Project Director.
Maintain stock level of travel agents and zonal offices.
-Payable aging and clearance of old outstanding.
-Advance tax or with holding report.
-Accounts Routine tasks.
-Verify tariff cost and tax cost.
-Input data in ERP (Oracle) to ensure compliance with respect to tax, finance, audit and security.
