Reconciliation of financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial management reports, Financial statements and Payroll.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
• Develop and maintain financial data bases.
• Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and cheques, sustaining business transactions.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions and maintaining complete general ledger accounts.
- Keep track of Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and data entry
- Reviews balance and interpret computer reports and make corrections.
- Interact with external and internal auditors and providing information for them.
• Business Growth: Identify potential customers for assets and liability products and ensure business growth by achieving assigned asset products sales targets.
• Portfolio Management: Portfolio performance review and proactive collection perusal ensuring key portfolio indicators are within the assigned benchmarks.
• Profitability: Maximize revenue generation, contain cost of running the branch and ensure branch profitability through sustainable business growth.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance in sales, service and delivery to customers. Ensure effective and standardized internal control and report as per KBL policies and SBP regulations.
• Staff Development: Develop staff on KBL products/ processes and ensure refreshing staff knowledge. Also ascertain the training and development needs of staff beyond branch capability and recommend them for appropriate courses in order to close skill gap.
• Service Quality: meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers
• Review loan applications for credit judgments, documentation quality and other functions related to credit decisions process.
• Decisions on loans based on KIM.
• Implementation on loan product stipulations and work with sales staff to obtain required documentation and to coordinate direct investigation for upfront due diligence.
• Handling of rejection rates at branch level in line with KIM.
• Random visits to field for pre and post disbursement verification.
• Proactively pursuing the cases relating to fraud and keep the relevant department informed about the developments.
• Work in advanced software regarding credit cases.
• Asset & Liability type product sales.
• Market Assessment.
• Product/ Service introduction.
• Client Profiling and Assessment (Cash flow).
• Social Collateral, verification & documentation.
• Post loan disbursement monitoring & follow-up.
