" Ensuring the interview evaluation forms are filled by the HR & the functional head.
" Sending the job offers for the selected candidates and follow up the feedback.
" Following up with the recruitment agencies the status of the selected candidates and informing the Recruitment Supervisor the updates & progress
" Ensuring all the hiring documents are completed with the selected candidates.
" Handling the visa status report in terms of the used ones and the ones which are under process.
" Arranging the employees arrival in coordination with the concerned departments.
" Coordinating with the concerned departments the employee Iqama stamping, medical card, GOSI, allowances, uniform, company ID, driving license, and all other formalities should be done from the recruitment as per the policy.
" Coordinating with the Training & Development section the employees induction/ orientation and making sure its done properly,
" Filing & organizing all the on-boarding documents.
" Assisting and handling any assigned tasks related to the recruitment dept.
" Controlling all the outsourcing related issues starting from the daily adding/ removing staff till the monthly payroll and payments.
" Handling and supporting on all the other recruitment activities and assignment.
" Assisting and handling any assigned tasks related to the HR dept.
" I Have a background of the work in Payroll and HRMS dept.
" Interviewing and Hiring From Overseas and Local.
