Responsibilities
▪ Commitment and passion for incident free operations
▪ Support the development and implementation of mandatory training matrixes for
offshore core crews
▪ Liaise with training providers as required
▪ Support the development and implementation of competency records for
offshore core crews, and ensuring the inputs to competence systems meet the
ongoing intent and is fit for purpose
▪ Work with the project team to develop the effective interfaces between other
operations readiness elements such as manuals & procedures, maintenance build,
operator training simulator and integrated operations to deliver a smooth,
incident free start-up of future production
▪ Transfer to offshore rota to support safe offshore activities and subsequent
operations
▪ Support technical and process safety requirements verification and assurance
processes
▪ Undertake/participate in HSE incident investigations and audits as planned or
directed

Responsibilities
▪ Implementing HSE management system
▪ Perform risk management for offshore operations, marine transport and
maintenance shops from risk reduction (ALARP) to risk mitigation
▪ Performing workplace occupational safety and health risk assessment
▪ Performing HAZOPand HAZID analysis
▪ Performing HARC (HazardAnalysis and Risk Control) and JSA
▪ Conduct and perform both internal and external audits
▪ Accident and failure investigation (loss causation analysis)
▪ Maintain and manage HSE dashboard (called QUEST)
▪ Develop procedures for technical safety issues
▪ Consequence analysis and modelling
▪ Focal point of local authority in safety cases
▪ Handle journey management and tracking system
▪ Handling of generated solid and chemical liquid waste
