Responsible for the implementation of Arabsat Strategic Initiatives and the cascading process throughout the organization both horizontal & Vertical
Main Role & Responsibilities:
-Leading the implementation of Arabsat Strategy
-Developing a full Performance Management System
-Market & Competitors Analysis in selected industry and market matters
-A member of Arabsat Coaching Team & Change Management
-Participating in Corporate Acquisitions, Bids & Agreements processes
-Updating Arabsat Board with a quarterly progressing status on Arabsat Strategy Implementation & Arabsat Performance
-Responsible for tracking and reporting corporate and departmental operational performances against pre-defined targets and KPIs in accordance with the corporate policies, strategies, and plans.
-Corporate Strategy Risk Champion

Main Role & Responsibilities:
Implementing the main two pillars for Nestle Excellence Program (Goal Alignment & Focused Improvement) in each function which includes implementing methodologies by deliver trainings in addition to the coaching and assessments, in order to change the mind set of people from top management to the shop floor employees. The main objective of the pillars is to align the factory at all levels in each department to achieve the business need through continues improvement concept.
- Responsible for problem solving tools.
- People development through continuous training on lean six sigma WB, YB & GB and GI 21.010 & GI 21.908, LEAN-Standard Work.
- Implement and monitoring the factory operational plan for a three years horizon.
- Identify financial and performance losses across the factory using IPA & LTA methodology and assign continues improvement projects and initiatives with continues monitoring using I-nexus platform.
- Monitoring and reporting Factory's OPEX
- Manage performance measures (KPIs, PPIs, and APIs) and the cascading process across all the factory levels.
- Coach on all factories’ operational reviews & problem solving activities.
- Production and Manufacturing consulting on processes and workflow.
- Review and manage compliance to Standard Operating Procedures in all departments (SOPs).
- Ensure NGMP compliance in all departments.
